For your peace of mind Home Shopping Mall offers our customers a Money Back Guarantee for some of our TV products. We are committed to selling high quality products for our customer's needs. If you are not completely satisfied with our product(s) simply return within advertised returned date of receipt and we will be happy to refund the full product price*

The following conditions will also apply: 

  • If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
  • Refunds exclude your original postage charge.

These products are excluded from Money Back Guarantee due to the hygiene reasons and therefore CAN NOT BE RETURNED.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL


Also all reduced price products are excluded from Money Back Guarantee:

Individual DVD titles,

Sale Items (any item offering a discount off the normal pricing), such as Ex-display SlimFreezer, JNL Express, Firm Express, Physique 57

Reader Offers or Daily Deal Sites offers (i.e. Wowcher, Living Social etc). 

Any items on 'sale', as a Reader Offer, Wowcher, Living Social, or Groupon deal are non refundable. Also, these or any other email promotions or one-off promotions are not applicable to be used with any other promotion.

For our Warehouse Clearance offer for KettleWorx, it will either be KettleWorX Ultra or Evolution package featuring either one of our KettleWorX Instructors Ryan or Alex, depending on what is left in stock.

How do I return an item? 

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact Customer Services via Customer Services (info@hsm.tv) as soon as the problem is detected, or at least 7 days of having recieved your delivery, when an item is returned to us, we will check it as per above. If this conditions have been met, the item will be replaced or a refund will be made for the purchase within 30 days, excluding postage and packaging charges. 

When returning a product please you must first email Customer Services (info@hsm.tv) to request a Returns Authorization Code. Please note that no returns will be accepted without this Code. When you have been given your unique Returns Authorization Code, you must include this code in your package and on the top of the returned parcel to help identify. You must use the original shipping box and packaging materials ensuring that your product is wrapped securely. Make sure you also include your name and address and the order number so we can identify the parcel receipt. 

We can only accept the return of the products that are in fully resaleable condition and in original, undamaged packaging. In other cases we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 

It is advisable that you return your product via registered or recorded postal service, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. 

When the item is received by our warehouse it will need to be checked and logged by our Returns Department and then the refund request is sent to our the Accounts. We do our best to process all the returns or refund requests as quickly as we can, however it may take up to 30 working days from the day we received your return.

Please note we can only accept and refund the returns within Money Back Guarantee period (which counts from the day you received your parcel to the day the item was received by our Returns Department).

Your refund will only be credited to the credit/debit card that you used when making the purchase. If this is not possible refunds will be made by cheque. Please allow 30 working days for refunds to be processed. 

Please note that refunds for returning products bought as gifts can only be given to the purchaser.
