What is in Omax3 Pet Omega-3?
It is Pharmaceutical grade supplement formulated especially for dogs with the following ingredients: omega-3 acid ethyl esters (from purified anchovies and sardines), vitamin E, and natural bacon flavour. 

Why does my dog need omega-3 fatty acids?
Omega-3 fatty acids are called "essential" because a dog's body craves it but can't manufacture it. It must be derived via food or supplementation. Because dog food (even the "omega-3 variety") doesn't have enough, omega-3 supplement is recommended. 

What is the difference between fish oil and other sources of omega-3s?
There are several sources of omega-3, but the one source that delivers the most omega-3, is "marine-derived fish." Omax is made from the highest quality anchovies and sardines.

Isn't there enough omega-3 in my dog's food already?
Probably not. Most dog food advertising "Now with omega-3" only provides a few milligrams of omega-3, nowhere near what your dog requires (300 mg per 20 pounds). Omax contains 750 mg per softgel.


Dogs 45 to 90 pounds, add one softgel to food daily. Dogs 90+ pounds, add two softgels to food daily. The recommended daily dose is approximately 300 mg per 20 pounds. For dogs weighing less than 45 pounds, puncture softgel and dispense appropriate quantity of oil onto food. Consult with your veterinarian before use if dog is pregnant, breeding, has a medical condition or is taking prescription drugs. Other animals can use Omax Pet Health as directed.

1 sheet = 1 treatment. 10 Sheets come with your initial package, therefore you have enough for 10 treatments.

How many sheets/membranes do you get with the product?
A total of 10 sheets to start. When you need more, simply order more from our website

How often do you use the SlimFreezer?
No more than once every 4 weeks on the same area. Therefore once you've treated the specific area, you must wait 30 days before treating it again. Though you can treat multiple areas.

Medical conditions that stop you from using SlimFreezer are:

Securing the SlimFreezer is quick and easy… just be sure to read the simple instructions. Take care to ensure that the fan of the SlimFreezer is not covered

Make sure that the adaptor wire is properly secured to your SlimFreezer… if it isn't pushed in/secured properly it will result in the system not turning on, or tuning off after a short while. It sounds obvious, be it can be easily done!




What is the science behind freezing your fat with SlimFreezer?

Cold Lipolysis is a non-invasive fat removal procedure. It is the cooling of subcutaneous fat cells, which induces lipolysis, which is the breaking down of the fat cells, without damaging any of the surrounding tissues or the skin. Following the procedure, the fat breaks down over a period two to four months, resulting in fat loss that appears entirely natural. Cold Lipolysis works on the basis that fat cells are more vulnerable to energy extraction, in the case cooling, than the surrounding tissues. That means that Cold Lipolysis will break down the fat cells, but not the surrounding tissues.

Once cooled, the fat cells then undergo apoptosis, which is controlled cell death. When apoptosis happens, the fat cell wall breaks down causing lipids (fats) from the cells to be released.

Q: My SD Card is not reading

A: The Dash Cam Pro™ kit does not include the SD Memory card, only the SD adaptor cartridge is included. If you are using a SD memory card please with the included SD adaptor, please make sure that is inserted into the slot correctly, it must line up exactly for the Dash Cam Pro™ to be able to read the card. If you have checked to make sure that the SD memory card is correctly inserted and it still won't read your SD memory car you may need a standard size SD memory card. If the issue keeps occurring please contact customer service.
Q: How can I change the menu settings?

A: You navigate through the settings menu with the up and down arrows. To make a selection you will use the solid dot button on the top of the unit next to the on/off button.
Q: How can I turn on the Motion Detection option?

A: You can turn this option on/off in the menu settings (please refer to instructions above).
Q: How can I play back what I've recorded?

A: Turn your Dash Cam Pro™ on. Once the screen turns on press the "mode" button 3 times (the screen after the microphone) then press the solid dot button next to the power button and you will see the playback options displayed.
Q: Does the Dash Cam Pro™ record video at night?

A: Yes, the Dash Cam Pro™ features 6 built-in infrared LED lights which allow it to record video at night.
Q: I have inserted the SD card it still says there is no media?

A: Remove the battery and take the SD card out put them both back in and power on the unit.
Q: How can I change the language to English?

A: Turn the unit on, once the screen is up press the menu button twice. Use the up and down buttons to navigate the menu. Once you have language highlighted use the button next to the power button (solid white dot) to select the language option. You will see the languages that are available to select you can navigate the options with the up and done buttons. Once you select English you are going to press the button next to the power button (solid white dot) that will change the language to English or the desired language you have selected.
Q: How long will my Dash Cam Pro battery last once it is no longer connected to the power cord?

A: Please make sure to use the included 5v/1A power adaptor to fully charge the Dash Cam Pro battery. Once the Dash Cam Po battery is fully charged and disconnected from the power cord the unit should function for at least 15-20 minutes.

For International Customers you need to do the following: You need to use a forwarding company such as forward2me.com to forward the parcel. Go to their website (or a similar company) to get a quote for how much the forwarding cost will be for you. They will provide you their UK warehouse address, for you to use when ordering with us (that is the address you input when you order with us).

The status says the parcel was "Returned to Sender", what to do?
It means the courier tried to deliver the package to you, but for some reason it was impossible (i.e. address was incomplete, no one could accept the delivery). 
Please contact us at info@hsm.tv to arrange re-delivery.

What will happen if I’m not at home when you deliver?
Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery. If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and will provide contact details for the courier company. Our couriers attempt the delivery twice before they return the package to us.
If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail and you are not at home, Royal Mail will take your package to your local post office for collection. If this fails, the goods will be returned to HSM. 

Cost to return shipment to warehouse. 
As a customer it is your responsibility to give your correct delivery address.  If goods are returned due to incorrect delivery address, you are liable for the cost of return and re-stocking. 

Delivering to a business address?
We are not responsible for goods delivered to a business address that then go missing. We suggest you request a tracked and signed for delivery service.

It is advisable that you return your product via registered or recorded postal service, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

How long does it take to get the refund?
